Connecting the parts information to the catalog means one-touch ordering, making it easier for technicians to order parts directly from the repair instructions. With automated hot-spot linking from parts illustrations to parts entries, technicians can identify the needed part, view it in its digital context, and order without interrupting their service call.
Ingesting Information from ERP Systems
Configuring IPCs for specific products, sites, or markets becomes an automated process with the XDocs Manufacturing Suite.
