Epic Integrated Solutions and Bluestream
Bluestream announced a partnership with Epic Integrated Solutions, a provider of training and consulting services to the oil and gas sector. Epic chose XDocs for creating and delivering technical documentation for its clients.
The announcement described how XDocs’ XML/DITA support could help Epic automate content creation, delivery and reuse. In addition, Epic could customize and integrate XDocs within its Information Deployment System, known as e-IDS.

A reusable content foundation
Bluestream presented XDocs as an out-of-the-box, DITA-enabled XML content management system for XML and non-XML content. In particular, the announcement emphasized reuse and repurposing: managing source material for more than one documentation need.

Separate content management from delivery integration
