What to ask of an end-to-end demonstration

The original notice described XDocs as an end-to-end content solution. To test that idea, follow a small publication through the whole workflow. First, choose content that represents your own work. Then ask the presenter to show each handoff, rather than only the editing screen.

Create and manage

Show how an author identifies and edits a topic. Include the publication that uses it, along with its images and references.

Review and approve

Next, identify who checks technical correctness and who approves the version. Show where that decision enters the workflow.

Deliver and maintain

Finally, show how approved content reaches its intended output. Explain how the team handles a later correction while preserving its link to the source.
